A buddy of mine gifted then to us as he just retired and has plans to travel for the next couple years, his wife would not let him put them in the freezer. I said they can stay with us as long as they play nice with our chickens, if not they will be hanging out in our freezer until they get back into town.

Rent a self-feeding drum chipper. I used to feed a professional consumer grade portable one that was semi-self-feeding and used a giant disc with blades... and it was too tedious.

I now keep a 400' long 7' tall 10' wide natural fence made of slash. At the half-way point I have a gap in it that I have some cameras pointed at. Solved much of my trespassing problem and it caused the predators to spend less time in my yard.

I worry a little bit about it catching on fire... but not enough to stop.

I haven’t needed a wood chipper since my first divorce.
looking at the price range, I don’t want to break the bank, I just want my slash piles to disappear without burning down the neighborhood. I’ve seen that.
what do I want to avoid?

Time for another divorce ??? Just make sure she goes in feet first.

Definitely warms the area.

This one needed holes in the bottom where it's all red, it was rolling coal lol.
Needs a primer tube/preheat arm whatever you call it from the stack to the burn pot. It pre-heats the fuel and will burn a lot better.

Proud Dad Moment, as the Little Man was recruited buy a local Sports mens club to shoot on there sponsored District 8 youth trap teem. This is his 4th year on a trap field he has been shooting with another club's youth program practicing with there high school teem just for fun. This is his first dabble in competitive shooting. At 11 years old, He is the youngest teem member and still not big enough for a 12 gage, but he is holding a 23 average, with a 20 gage, there teen placed second last Sunday at there first competition. He has a hand full of scouts taking notice of his score-cards including my old coach from MSU.
