Well, today is my birthday, a day to reflect on the last year gone bye. Every year on this day I take some time to think about everything (good and bad) that has happened over the last year. It still amazes me how fast time goes.

I went to the junkyard yesterday to get a harness for my truck, no big deal. But then I had like 4 or five weirdos hovering around the truck I was working on. One dude rolled under the other side of the truck and I had to tell him to piss off....

WTF? My basic junkyard etiquette is kind of like my basic urinal etiquette, never use the middle, don't use the side by side unless you have to, never use the same. Is this not a thing?

I mean, it was a fucking Silverado, not something hyper rare, there were 30 of them out there.
You're a weirdo magnet?

Happy Birthday dude!

Had to have been something like that, there was otherwise nothing remarkable about the truck I was working on, there were five more in the same row.

:sonicjay: Thank you.

Well my son got his marching papers yesterday. He leaves for retrain starting in Lackland Tx for six months then Spokan Wa for the remainder. He has come a long way in 6 years. I could not be more proud of him, he has been on his own since 18 and never looked back. :usa:
:woot: Good for him. :usa:

My mom had a stroke Saturday, my cousin was at the house and got her to the hospital quickly. They were able to give her a clotbuster and she is recovering well.

We will be moving her out to our house after rehab, her house doesn't have a ground floor bathroom. We can set her up in the master bedroom that has it's own bathroom.

Wow, that is awfully nice of you!

Glad to hear that the recovery is going well!
