is there any way to get a picture of the bender being used. i have checked into the benders there at harbor freight and was wondering its the one that i was looking at. any major issues noticed with the quality of the bender or with out the hydro assist?

as ong as your using pipe and have the rollers in the right spot then i had NO PROBLEMs bending any of the pipe. I made alot of bends and none were kinked or had dimples in the pipe. I'll take a pic when i get home.

Before i get lynched i did search and did not find an answer

I am installing an aussie in my 77 F150 D44 #14430 and my clearance to the cross shaft is to tight. My thrust washers measure .029" on both sides. And my carrier is new (3.92+ carrier). I called the dealer and the thrust washers are now obsolete. I called a local 4wd speciality shop and was told they did not make different thickness washers so their no thinner washers available. Anybody got any idea where i could pick-up a pair of thrust washers or what i can do to remedy my problem?

Thanks Feva4u:thumb: for taking the xtra time at work and saying late to machine some material from my thrust washers so the aussie would fit within spec....it was tight about .002" within the tightest of each specs

Went and got some 1.25x.250 DOM from Jeepnxj96 tonite, Holshotracer bought some 7/8-18 taps so tomorrow i'll be building my steering and might actually get the B2 mobile for a change

As it sits I think it would fall over sideways on a hill, B2's going to add a leaf to each side on the front.......it's flexy like arnold in the 70's like it sits.

Like the way you cut out the front :thumb:

Need to stretch the rear to match the front now :tonka:
its already been debated......i have a home built doubler that may find its way into the driveline and having a few more inches of driveshaft would make it so much easier to use the doubler

dam john looks good, flexes nice too.... measure how m,uch front flex u have, i need to measure mine so i can set up my shocke.. i better have more lol.. but b2 looks great
