Worked on the rear center panel tonight.

No its not centered in the tubes. It will get adjusted before secured.

Made another panel tonight, damn box truck cost me some money today. Haven't started it in a month and went to today and the alternator was locked up and fried the belt :whiz:.

Started the dreaded exhaust.....

Pretty much got the front shaft sorted out..

I need to get a tool tomorrow to open up 2.5" exhaust pipe to od so I can slide it into Id pieces. Any suggestions?

will that open the exhuast up enough? from 1 5/8" to 2 7/16 so just under 2.5"

ended up with the leslie or lyle or whatever that brand is version from the snap on man. It spreads it just enough at max on the tool to fit the pipes :woot: Had to spin and do it twice after different positions to make the pipe more round again vs square.

Exhaust ypipe is built. Whats a quieter bullet style muffler? I could fit a flowmaster style but I don't like how close it is to my tcase and trans mount. And I think it would really cook the pass. floor.



Clears the 4 link bars and driveshaft. Gonna use a band style clamp where the drivers pipe goes under the pass pipe so it can be removed in two pieces in the future.
