john at least do aluminum links for your lowers. my lowers are bent after less then a year wheeling. dom just does not hold up to hard hit's,all the southern guys run aluminum and a lot of the koh cars are also.im switching to aluminum. i have 1 1/4 heims also.
 
If you don't want to go with aluminum you could always just truss your lower links and mount your C/O's to the link itself.

But I'd probably keep the DOM straight and build the truss/mount down the full length of the tube.
 
Problem with oe style is loads and stress of the operating angle diff side will see. the rubber will just get torn shit in five minutes.
no, it won't. I have been running an OE rubber carrier bearing on my buggy since day one, and haven't replaced it. It soaks up all the driveline NVH and doesn't get whipped out like a bearing that gets dust in it. And it weights a LOT less

What application bearing are you running? Do you have a pic of how you have it set up?

Where do you guys buy the 7075 aluminun? I need to replace my bent links too.
 
Question..... can you plate and insure this when its done? Or this just gonna be a trrailer queen?

"street legal" when pulled over being questioned
"Street legal" plates and insurance.... I will have this, as it will be titled as the eb with the vin on the glove box door.

My eb wasn't street legal when I did snofari last year, but I had plates and insurnace on it everytime it left my driveway.
