Well did a few things to the new dd since last weekend..
And drove the big jeep back to buddies house, 1 1/2 hr drive that was cold and windy, but it made it and then I got it stuck in my buddies pond but got her out today once I got some more gas in it and got in 4low, it climbed right out and I played in it a few more times, but not going in the middle until I get someone out there that can pull me out if need be...

I always think it is smart when people wheel a rig that has compromised structural integrity......with no cage :thumb:
That's why I'm just out back and with no chance of rolling.:thumb:

stop wheeling in wetlands!
It's not a wetland you dumb ass, it's a man made pond out back. Go teach your wife how to rub a pole between her ass cheeks.

Sweet Home AL! well here with no problems. Added 1 1/2" shackles, bumpstops on the rear, Some new Rancho 5000 shocks, cut the rear quarters, and new t-case chain id going in on Wed, thanks to Keith owner of Offroad Connection, which is like 2 miles up the road from me. And will be heading 10 min from the house to Grey Rock ORV Park in Mt. Olive, AL. Which is a badass 2100 Acre ridable park. Just bought a video on it and that place is awesome can;t wait to check it out. But there are not stop trails out here. Will post pics up later, Internet is a hit and miss for a few more weeks yet.

hey, good to hear you made it down there OK, i see you've lifted it even more and bigger tires since the last time i saw it...what are you doing for your driveline? did you add an SYE or anything? i'm picking up a set of 35's for mine...i might have to add an inch or two....

Well, I'm back up in MI. left the jeep down there with a full tank of gas for when I go back. Going to be up for Christmas and New Years then heading back down with the family for good. I got no picks though the few times I went out I forgot the camera, and I wish I had had it the last time I went, my brother came and well we went though some shit. One mud hole was so deep it was coming over my dash and flooded my rear floorboard. I came to a dead stop in that hole about 3/4 of the way through but I kept working it left and right and back and forward and I made it through after a few mintutes with no outside help. That was awesome, then we climbed some wicked hills all ruted up and trenched out, my jeep flexed awesome and had no problems with whatever I pointed the nose at. Then there was some rock walls that I was scrared to try to climb before but since my brother was the in his yota mini truck on 38's, I had to try to show him up, and I climbed the rock wall like nothing, I love 4WD. I did it twice so my brother had to try, and well I think he took out a axle or ujoint, He go to hopping and then it just went. So he unlocked and we took off home, I was laughing at his ass for this all night to. Then the next day driving to work, started going up a little hill and I heard something give out. Some inspection tought it be my darn track bar again with the bushing blew out, so replaced with heim, then once all was tight checked my wheel bears and well yeah, had about a 1/2'' to 1'' play. NICE! So $175 later I slapped to hubs on and parked her and left back up here. So she is ready for when I get back. I'll get pics when I get back down there for sure, those trails are awesome compared to up here.

Alright got a few pics of the work I did while in AL and a couple pics of my brothers rig.

Added rear bump stops and new rs5000 shocks in the rear and the 1 1/2" shackles...

How much fluid that was in my Tcase once I got to AL and pulled it out for the rebuild..

My track bar fix with a double heim...

Replaced both hubs being they were still the orignal from 1993 (and they couldn't hold up with the 37's on)..

Don't forget to put the dustsheild on before the hub is all together.

After went out playing and went through some nice mud holes...

Lots of pics!

Well went back down for another month, mainly to get my tools and rig back up here, being I'll be sticking around for a few more months after all. So took some pics of the local trails down there. And as well as I ended up getting a overhaul on the 8.8 bearings just before I drove back on up. These are some of the local trails and mild ones at that being I had my mom's with me and she no like much, and is terrified of the ruts.
