Are they usually preatty good about customer service and warrantys ??
I blew the seal out on my 14.5 travel shock at the mounds.. i dont see anything that would cause that.. no over extension no over compression.. no dents/bends... anyway i emailed them last night and havnt heard anything ?? seems if you were running a buisness you'd return emails within one day ??

id give them a solid week before you start your bitching. If they are busy, the probably couldn't get back to you today.

seems if you were running a successful business you wouldn't have time to return emails immediately.

Have you tried calling them. Person to person talking is usually faster than email

call them. they are good place to order parts from.havent had to deal with them directly for parts replacement.

Hey thay are real good you have to understand that they will get back to you by email usauly in 2 days is what I have seen from them or anyone in business. Call then you will get someone quicker.

I tried calling them twice to order gears but kept getting voicemail. and this was during the day during the week. grrrr
