I got that before as well, about a month ago or so.

 

That is the billing system they use, some ads on there do cost.

I have got it before but not sure why and never had to pay anything.

I don't even have a Paypal account, I just never got one. It kinda sucks because now it seems I have to use it, but whatever. CL has never asked me for a Paypal account, all of my deals on there are cash just about.

 

CL requires payment for most of their Dating and personals sections. ive got it a few times as well when posting parts and such, but it never means anything, its mostly to help keep spam down.

I've been using paypal for 8 or 9 years now, and I've never had a problem. These people who have their paypal accounts "ripped off" are ignorant, an idiot, or both.

Ok, I was shittin' my pants for a minute. Now I'm starting to think the jokes on me.

 

I think 12 or 13 million people have paypal accounts, so of course you will find horror stories about it, just because people probably bought drugs, sold heroin, or didn't pay their bills so they all get together to cry together about how the man is keeping them down.

I guess you can call me ignorant. I still prefer cash transfers but when they put your taxes on a card what are you gonna do.
