Got my axle housing in last night, just have to put it all together. Also gotta put new fan setup on, change some of the exhaust, then just bunch odds and ends. Gonna be a late night again, but should be race ready. Going for 2 laps this time

Got the subaru loaded and ready to go for tomorrow, yes subaru. Now time to head home and get mine finshed up. See every one tomorrow

got 2 shocks tuned in , heat shield on muffler, tranny rebuilt. changed shifting fork in transfercase for high range front dig. final computer program done. Didnt get a locker for front but i do have high range now.:woot::woot: melissa my wife is my copilot should be a blast! see ya all tomorrow:rock:

sniff snifff. burned both ends of the candle for the last 2 weeks. finaly got it to run wednesday night. still have a full day of wiring left. build skidplates, put in floors,gauges etc. gonna take a relaxing weekend away from the rig so i can enjoy working on it again. i hate missing these deadlines but its just not meant to be for me this season. wife will be delivering our second child oct. 12th so that means im out for octobers race as well. since there is no chance of a season championship ill just be going for 1st place only in august. no slow pace for me. if im not 1st im last. good luck to all racing this weekend.

My wife is due at the end of September, so I'm probably out for the October race as well.

This just plain sucks. I built a new rig this winter and now I'm barely able to use it. I guess there's always next year.....

Had a great time, even though I broke the rear pinion, and front axel as well. Going up pricker valley in reverse with a broken rearend was the biggest challenge. Here is a pic right as we blasted through the mud on the first lap. A big thank you to Luke for the recovery:thumb:, thought it was going to roll a few times in the open field while you dragged my ass in, thanks again. And thanks for the springs,:brilliant looking forward to putting them on. Also want to thank my spotter Dave for his guidance along the trail. :beer: I have a lot to do before it goes anywhere. Congrats to John Moore and his Cherokee on first place.:rock: Looking forward to the video Becky and Erin :finger:

thanks to the twisted crew for putting on another great event. my spotter robert and i had a blast again this time. the course was awesome, really loosened things up on the trail rig.
good thing there is a good amount of time before the next race so i can save up some money for next time. it sure helps splitting the cost of fuel (thanks john).
thanks for the congrats john. i wish you would have went the distance i think you would have done well.

Thank YOU, RioGrande for riding shotgun for 4 hours. That definitely takes a lot out of you, but it was well worth it...what a blast. Thanks for helping w the broken ARB line I appreciate Mark and Paula (The Better Half) for coming out in support and taking lots of pics/video. I even got my boys and my daughter out taking pics and video (somebody had to do it, I was driving ). They get a special thanks. They toughed it out in the perfect 80 degree, sunshine. ( although it was quite dusty)
