which one was that? the only thing close i've seen in a movie is dead reckoning, and they did fine in that movie...

Dead Reckoning - YouTube
I dont remember the name right off hand, it was about 2 guys that owned a zombie infestedisland 1 wantes to kill them, 1 wanted to save them. It was decent

1. 'Holy shit , they are alive' was said by the two guys in the doorway, I thought. Like they were surprised to see the trio in the bar.

2. Maybe the virus mutated and is airborme- you only have to get touched or just close to the walkers to catch it

3. SHTF when the two dead guys buddies come looking for them, maybe find the farm.

OK- closing that episode out with that song from Clutch gave me goosebumps.

It was sweet!!!!

It was nice to see Rick not only be a hardass when the guys were being too pushy, but also lay an unstoppable smackdown on them when they got stupid. We definitely needed to see that side of him at this point in the series.

I agree that the sick chick is infected. Maybe she got a hidden bite, or maybe a scratch that got zombie blood in it during the ordeal at the beginning. Or maybe they just want us to expect the worst and she'll turn out to be fine.....but I expect that she'll be infected, will turn, take out the other woman and teenage guy, and the rest of the crew will bug out just in time to escape them and more walkers drawn in by the noise. Of course they'll take Glen's new gf with them once Glen, Rick, and Hershel escape the shootout with the 2 dead guys' friends(probably with some help from Shane and whoever went with him to check on them, I forget who). In the meantime, Lori will be trapped in the wrecked car with a walker coming in, and will either grab the gun in the nick of time, or the others will show up in the nick of time and save her.

I kinda hope that maybe that was a glimpse of Hershel dropping his Aberish bible thumping ways and realizing the world is a pretty fucked place and getting on board with the crew.

I kinda wonder what they are doing with Shane. I think Sova said he was already dead in the comic. They sure set him up as a guy you want to hate...

If they really wanted him to be hated, they shoulda called him Steveo.

No.

I loled when the guy in the ford took off a left his buddies to die. I also cringed when Rick removed the boys leg from being impailed on the fence. I thought it was a good episode with a decent amount of action.
Yep. Looking forward to next week too. It's time for Shane to go and it looked like Rick may just take care of him next week.

I thought it was a pretty damn good episode, brought us back to the action and suspense that got everybody hooked on the show in season 1. I think Shane and Rick will throw down(especially based on the preview) but I don't think they'll kill Shane off till the season finale....too much havoc that he could bring to the show between now and then for them to get rid of him this soon
