Can someone fill me in on why they destroyed the steps at Marble head on DI
Wild that it seemingly happened entirely in a vacuum, in like 3 days.

It was like three years of meetings to open an offroad park in an abandoned quarry, somehow they can bulldoze a 20 million year old rock feature people travel from all over the midwest to see over a weekend.

I've been using this.
Remember to turn it off before facing someone, will blind them and is rude.
Sounds like a great way to get people to leave you alone. I think I might start wearing that at work. And at home. And everywhere else I go.

My son bought Mis something that looks just like that for x-mas last year works great but this particular one the battery has a hard time keeping up with the demand, it always seams to dye half way through a project.

Anyone have a recommendation for a good headlamp off Amazon? Something to use working on cars.
Honestly I like my $50 Milwaukee one from Home Depot. Rechargeable, two levels of spot and two levels of flood light, plus the light itself is magnetic and you can pull it off of the headband and stick it to something. Plus it's rechargeable. And being Milwaukee I imagine it has a warranty too

I had not been up north to use the boat, so I went and got it and dropped it in Lake Lansing for a few hours on Monday. Now I have to decide how much I want to sink into it to be nice, boat prices have tanked in the last two months compared to fall of last year. It runs great and I love that iconic look. I guess I should have read up on how horrible the pre-83 boats rode in chop though, it is like riding in my old skiff :ROFLMAO:

It seems to be running pretty good though, the marina felt it was not much better but it is. They felt it was not consistent. I think it just needed a couple hours runtime, It ran great for the 1.5 hours we had.

I posted it on a Mastercraft site and a person that thinks they were the original owner reached out. I thought that was cool. Apparently the tan/red/black color scheme was rare.... it probably is because the tan with the red is not that attractive.

I debated wrapping it, but it doesn't look like it holds up for much more than 5 years for the cost of it.
