2 weeks into retirement my father fell. Now I'm wrapped up with issues with my elderly father.
The same type of things happened to my grandfather after my dad retired. I think I'll just work til I'm dead.

For all knowing oracles of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, can we take a Unimog in there?
No reason you couldn't, just needs a flag, ORV sticker, and state park sticker. I don't feel like the weight would do it any favors though.

I watched them deny a guy taking his backhoe in. I don't know why he told them he wanted to or what their reasoning was, but I was around for the "WTF" when he was unloading it from the trailer and the argument with the people at the 10' whack-a-flag

That I could see, he was probably going in to build jumps or somehow "modify" the dunes. That's a lot different than going in with a big dumb heavy truck to drive around. Might be a different story if it's one of those Unimogs with a front end loader and backhoe, but I'm assuming that's not the case.
