Anybody that has covid, just remember to force to yourself to eat... that's why you feel so weak. Taking vitamins is not enough. You need food in your stomach for energy. Eat as much as you can as often as you can. Drink twice or three times as much water as normal...
Yes, I noticed that covid made me extremely dehydrated. I usually drink 2 liters of water per day, and even adding a 3rd I seemed to be craving more water.

Now my wife and son have it, so even though I'm still sick, I'm on the mend compared to them. So, looks like I'm playing nurse and working from home...

Glad you are feeling better. Hopefully they get over this with mild symptoms.

Yeah, me too, especially with her being pregnant.

I know you tested, but it sure sounds like covid, especially with the waves of good and bad.... I am going through that now. Felt pretty good yesterday afternoon, then came the evening and I was back to feeling like death...
It's possible, but I dunno. The fact that I get a cold this time every year with the changing weather has me skeptical though. Even with the up and down cycle the symptoms were never terrible. Sore throat and congestion basically, nothing that knocked me on my ass.

Jesus, has no one ever had a seasonal cold of flu before Covid? The symptoms are the same. sheesh
Well yeah obviously since my whole point was that this is probably all it is for me. Probably only covid 14 or 15, not full on covid 19.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed no one called me out on the "only covid 14 or 15" comment. I wanted to have some fun with that one.

Go to urgent care after work tonight due to muffled hearing. Indian lady doctor with a mask and face shield keeps talking softly and away from me. JFC, you are smart enough to be a doctor, but too fucking stupid to realize you need to speak up and talk towards me when I say "What"? after every question?
