Well cleaned up both sides of the break.....the tube itself was def cracked prior to the failure. Still are hard to believe it broke the way it did and not bent or broke the mount on the frame. But got a piece of .250" wall dom and sleeved the inside of the radius arm and the tube about 6"s on either side of the break. Plug welded the inner piece on both sides and welded everything all up.. Later this week try and get down to the steel shop and pic up some 90 to weld to the bottom of the tube the full length of the arm. Hopefully it will hold up for awhile atleast, or longer then it did before.

school me. why the angle iron ?
I wanna run the angle along the bottom of my radius arms, that way when I slide, skid, or impact an object on the arm the point of the angle iron takes the abuse and not the roundness of the tube. That and it will help keep the tube from bending. Both my arms are now have a slight curve to them.

Obviously the impact in Attica finished off the left arm......but clearly it was on its way because I crawled underneath today and inspected the right arm...

I lost about an inch of ground clearance under the arm, but whatev if it keeps me wheeling. Its 2x2 angle 3/8ths thick

Picked up a set of spare shafts.

Been trying to sell rims and tires or just tires so I can upgrade to some 40" LTB's.
saw them in action at the last comp....shawn has them. very impressed!! they walked stuff that everyone else was spinning on. good choice but you better put those 35 outers in....
