Wow, after looking at that break, it looks like it has been cracked for a little awhile. Knowing you though, it wont do it again.:teehee:

One of the reason's why I don't like to put bed liner on suspension components. It hides the cracks.

Took the radius arm pieces off the truggy and it appears that the DOM must have been cracked prior to the break. The bottom half of the DOM was discolored and dark compared to the fresh breaks from saturday. Thought I had a piece of my 1.25" .250 wall here at the house but turns out it must be in my tool box at work. Gonna sleeve the inside of the radius arm, weld it up, reattach the broken section weld that, then sleeve the outside and weld that. Then per Collins conversation with me I will get a piece of 90 and weld that the length of the arms with the point (corner) facing down. Run that until I can gather up the goods to build a 3 link or something.
