Heres the only "video" i got of my truck at Harlan....those SX's sure are stiff lol....i had them at 4-5 psi in the video.

Wow....try 2 psi? Without sifting through 50+ pages of build, what gears are you running? 4.88:1? Seams like a little deeper gear and a little softer tire would have made that climb in the vid easier. You could try grooving the SX's between the tread blocks to limber them up.

no fluid in it, all the bearings looked good, everything dissassembled good. Gonna replace the ball joints, ujoints and the calipers. But most everything was is in good shape.

that is weird. Did the bearing seize up or is it from a wreck? Never seen one break like that.

i think it got hit on the yoke and snapped?????

Their was no damage to the outer bearing on the pinion or to the housing. Hell the seal itself really didn't even look damaged.

ha ha i did that to the pinion in my old 7.5 when i was jumping my ranger. now my ranger has an 8.8.

Heres my RR shaft out of the truggy from this past weekend.....looks like the splines on the shaft and the splines in the spider didn't have full contact? The shaft would spin underload seperate of the spider. Splines are not twisted but smooshed

Got a bunch of the small stuff ready to install, also ordered my front gears and my new set of rims.

got the 14 bolt home. I think i may have gotten the last set of 5.38 gears in the freaking country lol. I called atleast 10 vendors today from all over the country and got the same answers.....They are back ordered till Sept. But found a guy off pirate who said he had a few sets on the shelf.

Also got a bunch of grinding on the 60 done and made sure the 15" rims fit on the 14 bolt. I have a little of grinding to do on the front 60 brake parts but not much. The 95 D60 brakes are a bit smaller then the 94 and older brakes.
