A little pricey but I have been running the Warn Chromo's and CTM's on a D44 Spooled with a mild 302 on 38'' boggers with no problems. About 4 years worth of wheeling with that setup. Well I still have that setup just have not been wheeling in over a year :(. I dont beat on it stupid but I am not always easy on it either. The only thing I ever broke was a lockout. A few trips dopwn south with no problems. Just remember to grease your CTM's regularly.

Bring the greens in the last picture toward the center of the yellows in the 2nd picture about 18" apart at the ends.....so a smaller X, saves tube and still ties them together giving you a place to mount your spare. I like, nice drawing of what we talked about, I'm impressed :thumb:

I moved the rear leaf front hangars two inches forward to get my shackle angle better. I noticed at stuff the shackles flattened out and the leafs touched the bumper. All better now.

I plan to tie the cab's exo cage to the slider (reason for the slider sitting so far from the rockers



The slider didn't end up where i thought it would in the rear. One cause of the frame curved up and two cause the tire to cab clearance wouldn't allow it where i thought it would go. Heres what i think i might do at the cab corners.

Exo is done as much as it will be before my trip to KY.....Got my jam nuts installed on my steering. Ran out of wire and gas for the welder :( Quick trip to TSC will fix that in the morning though.

Looks good man, i would run a tube up from in front of the door with a cross over the front of the roof before the trip if you have the extra steel still
