Took the radius arm pieces off the truggy and it appears that the DOM must have been cracked prior to the break. The bottom half of the DOM was discolored and dark compared to the fresh breaks from saturday. Thought I had a piece of my 1.25" .250 wall here at the house but turns out it must be in my tool box at work. Gonna sleeve the inside of the radius arm, weld it up, reattach the broken section weld that, then sleeve the outside and weld that. Then per Collins conversation with me I will get a piece of 90 and weld that the length of the arms with the point (corner) facing down. Run that until I can gather up the goods to build a 3 link or something.

Well cleaned up both sides of the break.....the tube itself was def cracked prior to the failure. Still are hard to believe it broke the way it did and not bent or broke the mount on the frame. But got a piece of .250" wall dom and sleeved the inside of the radius arm and the tube about 6"s on either side of the break. Plug welded the inner piece on both sides and welded everything all up.. Later this week try and get down to the steel shop and pic up some 90 to weld to the bottom of the tube the full length of the arm. Hopefully it will hold up for awhile atleast, or longer then it did before.

Obviously the impact in Attica finished off the left arm......but clearly it was on its way because I crawled underneath today and inspected the right arm...
