tired of limping a bad slave cyl.....leaks just enough that i have to add fluid often but still worked. I had to go the junkyard earlier today and get one of the plastic rings cause mine was missing on my clutch line. Thankfully i got one off without wrecking it and was able to install it on my quick disconnect. Worked flawlessly. Flywheel looked like shit, gonna have to resurface it tomorrow. Clutch dis was also [retty thin so got a new one of those as well.

Finally got around to cutting my hatch and slapping it back on. I will only run this temp. until i figure something else out.

i plan on getting a top made for it. My buddies mom reupholestrys (?) boats (seats, covers, etc) i hope she'll hook me up

got the tcase in, crossmember on, had to remove roll cage bars for the seat mounts. The new seats don't line up at all, so now i have to fab up some new bars and weld them in and get the seat attached.

Still have to collect pics from other people yet, hopefully somebody got some decent shots of it in the trails.

The leaf set-up and shackles gave me no problems. I even stood it up on the nose to the point to where my winch was in the dirt coming off an embankment and had no probs. Also my Crossmember cleared no problem with the dif so that was a relief

both seats mounted

i picked up another 5 point for the pass side but don't like the way it mounts, so i am in need of another one again.

took some shots of the front susp. heres the LF at ride height
Image

heres the Front diff at ride height, i was concerned about clearance of the diff to engine cross member
Image

heres the diff as stuffed as i can get it in my yard,
Image

heres the fender to tire at flex, the tire just fits inside the fender without rubbing to bad
Image

heres the droop on the RF
Image

all pics were taken at the same time without moving the truck, i would like to get a chance to run up on an RTI ramp or similar to max test the flex. Haven't gotten the chance to do that yet.

oh got some stuff done......just about ready for the Badlands May 2nd.

Got the cage painted and welded in some more bracing etc....Cage is down for now till after the Badlands. Got the Pass Seat mounted and the 5 point i got from General (thanks Buddy) mounted up. Also mounted my CB to the top of the cage at the cieling.

Heres a shot messing around with Holshotracers Rig

I also worked on my rear and front bumper. You can see in the above pic how wide the bumper was. I took about 5 inches off each side.

then a clubmate made me some D-Ring mounts so i got those installed

got two in the front as well
Image

Then i had some diamond plat laying around so i added that to the bumper as well

Next i'll be getting 2 DOT approved Fire Extingquishers to mount on the cage in the B2 as well.
