You know....i really like those ORI's....but, between the issues you have had after not that much use and the fact my buddies had to go back and be rebuilt after almost no use i become more and more skeptical.
In all serious. I wheeled them pretty hard prior to my first issue. Which was one of the internal seals blew on one strut causing it to Hydro lock. Which ori have identified the issue being a bad order of seals and have since stopped using them. They paid for me to ship all four back for rebuild at no charge even though I only had an issue with one. So this being my second problem. Which they have already been in contact with me and we are working to identify the problem and fix. So with what I have put them through I am not upset with having a few issues. I just wish I would of noticed this issue 4 weeks ago when I put it on stands after getting stupid at the sand Lake comp.

Jason's had wayyyyy less use than yours when they needed to be pulled and shipped back.(wouldn't hold pressure)
I'm not saying they are not a good product....it just kinda makes me wonder how long term durability will be when people are having issues like these with newish shocks

I have a dampner screw service kit in route to repair my one strut. Having them add a second kit so I'll have one on the shelf.

Replaced my tcase shift knobs and added a interior light. Just about got the winch recounted up front. But ran out of wire.

What did ORI say is the cause? Curious as this is a new issue.

Seems their volumes are probably getting to the point that they need to improve QC as variability is rising. But with any product people only post up when they have issues so it's hard to gage the magnitude.

Planning to build a 4 seater in next few years. While I haven't had issues like others I'll only go with them again if they can get past the random flare ups.

It's not nearly as clean as it looks but it's not terrible either. Some light frame repair and some light body work here and there. Paint is horrible on it. But interior is all there and pretty decent. Even the glove light still works.
