Okay, I have broke the rr shaft twice now. I believe this is do to the rr tube being bent. Causing the shaft to bind a little crooked. Not interested in building a new axle. Broke two stock shafts in 4 years.

So my question is, would a chromo shaft be better or worse given the shaft is being put in a different stress then normal being the tube is bent? Or should I just find another stock replacement?

When my 14 bolt was bent from all the welding of brackets and truss. It was about a 1" off in the center if I pulled a string spindle to spindle. I brought it back with heat shrinking. Drew a 1" x 1" grid on the side that needed to be "shorter" and used a rose bud. Heat one grid point till it's cherry about the size of a dime, cool it with wet rags. do the next grid point. Start in the center of the high point on the outside of curve and work your way out. If it don't come back in the first time over. Stagger the grid and go over it again. I've done this a few times and it has worked, not staying it always works, but I've had good luck.

For now, I ordered a replacement chromo shaft. See how it holds up.

Got the buggy out of the trailer and into the garage. Gonna start looking into the drivability issues as well as fix some more wiring. I picked up a much nicer fuse block then what I previously installed.

I am also gonna look into sending my ecm out to be gone through. I think I have an issue there. My ecm is the same one bones ran in his race buggy, so between all the bumps and bangs he gave it and all the bumps and bangs I've given it, I wouldn't be surprised if some things have gotten loose inside.
