Had to get the buggy out of the garage to use the winch to help get my wifes uncles car moved in the driveway. Figured why the hell not, the 4 ft tall packed snow banks along the road and yard got nothing on the buggy :sonicjay:. They make really good ramps. The snow through out my front yard is easily 2.5+ ft deep. All untouched powder. Not any more :sonicjay:. Wonder what my neighbors think. The one across the street was shoveling his driveway while I was "plowing" last night.




Sold my open deck trailer a couple weeks ago, feels weird being trailerless. Search has begun for an encolsed trailer.

 

I liked my enclosed but it was just too big for my motorhome to pull. I'm not a baller with a big diesel pusher.

 

I don't even have a diesel

 

You still using that box truck?

 

I think he sold that, the diesel, and his trailer and is now looking to pull an enclosed behind his V10 gasser

Not yet, I have the pillow block bearing just need to get motivated to do something with it.

I might have to go into business... $575 for welded, $550 for DIY...

 

They do seem spendy for what they are.

I have seen them cheaper but I forget where.

 

Wide opens is $200 plus yokes witch I think is $140 for two of them

I'm pretty sure if you bought the Yokes it wouldn't be too hard to get bearings, machine a housing and weld up a mount...

 

The splined shaft in between them too

Tentatively, gotta get my buddy to finish his motor swap in my garage, figure out why mine won't start, and borrow a trailer.

 

Buggy is still in the same position. However I did pick up a new trailer to transport it in...



Its a 8.5x18. It will fit. Buggy is 14' tip to tip. And the rear axle with the mtrs should fit between the wheel wells with about 1" to spare. And about 3"s to spare on the roof......I've always liked it tight :naughty:

 

When we putting bunks in it? Lol

 

I was thinking a old school couch that's out to a bed would fit nicely in the front :thumb:

 

You can have the one in my enclosed when i get my fold up couch/bed
