Made some pain in the butt lower shock mounts, but I had to have them. Just gotta burn em in, no binding, we be happy.

Started the day with the sawsall again, but after another stick of dom, it's getting closer to #racecar

What's with all the teaser pics? All top secret?

Casey runs external, and I think Colville did on most if not all of his rigs. Both run dual pumps to have a backup.

Mine are all internal. I wouldn't have it any other way. I run my pumps for about a year and then swap them for new ones. Have yet to have one fail I just swap them as cheap insurance. I run the walbro gsl392 they are around 80$

Mike also ran internal the last few years.

Throw the foam in the garbage.

Same pump I bought, but I was gonna run it external mainly for ease of service. The tank I got only has a vent and a pickup, so I'm gonna have to figure out a return as it is. I could be convinced to change, but it sounds like a lot of work.... Lol.

Pumps run a lot cooler internal and they work better as a pusher than a puller. Tried various external combinations but internal solved everything.

do you have a plasma table?

I can email DXF files for a top. my old tank was like yours so i cut a top and just cut the tank to fit.

I know people with them, but I don't. I got the 270-222 Jaz tank. I think I'll just modify the top and then go with an internal since the pump I got with do either. What did you do for the electrical bulk head fitting?

Only reason I flopped so easy on the internal vs external is because I ran a internal on my Ranger with no issues, and since I already have to mod the tank, why not just add an extra hole or 2 to make it internal

Ok, ordered all the fittings to run it internal, and I have a plan to mod the tank... Should work out.

Still not sure how I'll pass the wires though the tank.

Just get a returnless intake. Sure it's an added cost but it is really nice only having one line to deal with. This is how mine is set up

The return less systems still require a pressure regulator. On those systems the regulator is part of the fuel pump module. Does that warlboro setup that way? And it's not the intake, it's the rail. He could simply plug off the return port or just hit up the pick n pull for a newer rail.

The walbro is just a pump, I'll need a return. Besides, the buggy is already plumbed with nice braided lines, I'll spend 30 to get it to return to the tank.

Yes, I meant rail, my rail just happened to come attached to a new intake too lol. For some reason I had in my mind you could regulate at the filter (such as a vette filter) with no return but that is incorrect.

This thread needs more pictures! Just made it to my final destination Kyle, looking forward to watching this thing progress the rest of the way.

I should have mounted that way as well, but I squeezed them into the inner C's.

This thing done yet? Geesh, hurry up already....

Anyway, only have a few things left to do, front bumps, and some sheet work, some wiring and about a day of welding. Won't be long now kids.
