Well got held up due to some stupid car breakage so have yet to get materais for the floors, and school started today, so hopefully get time this weekend.

 

here are some pics of what I got done before all the BS with the cars,
gas tank painted up, stock springs next to new lift springs, and my rock lights for the underside of the jeep.

yes,yes, I need to get to the suspension here real soon, find myself buying more parts but not the parts I need to be focused on right now. SO time to refocus and et some major shit done.

well the coild got yanked before you asked me for the measurments. So umm yeah, my bad. Find any stock cherokee in a parking lot and take a tape measure and check it out, what I did before.

 

yea i guess i might have to not to big of deal just curious

yeah, just ran out of the blue paint,and will be running 3/4 D-rings not the 5/8 ones which are in the pic.

yeah, sure can, it is 2" under lift height right now and still may not go that high yet, it is set right now at about where I like it to end up.

Well picked up some more parts, a lot of the little stuff here and there, then painted up the frame plates for the steering box, then once i ream the pitman arm I will install the box. I made a inside plate as well for the passenger side frame, why not right. Got 4x8 sheet of 16ga for the floors so will be working on that in the next week or so. Got everything for the inside to the knuckles for the 44, so that should be put together here over the next couple weeks,(sending it out to be done. Got me a welder finally now, so look out, my welds may not hold up but we'll see how the floors do. :teehee:

Steering braces

My first welding try out, not bad I think for a 110 flux core, be good for me as a beginner.

metal for floors

Chevy spindles turned down for Ford bearings and hubs, also high steer arm.

Bearings and ball joints to finish up the 44. Did not go Moogs right at the moment, as will deal with that later, just trying to work with what I got.
