Building up. If I space up the steering cooler then I can put one mount under the cooler and use the battery mount for part of the steering cooler mount.

Made a mount for the trans cooler. Have some fittings on order to put 90* AN6 fitting out the top. Once the fittings are here I will adjust to final position and make it bolt in. Looks like it all fits. This took a while to package all of it, but I’m happy it’s all there.

One thing I picked up from Amazon was a $40 WETOLS 14" Rivet Nut Tool. Those 5/16" rivnuts were not gonna happen with my old tool. The new one made it a breeze.

Been dragging my feet on this, had to notch shock tower for reservoir feed. Trying to figure out if I should add some metal back like half a tube. Or just figure there’s plenty.

Before you do anything throw a coilover in there with a spring and cycle the axle both ways to see how much room you'll have. Hard to tell what angle they're canted out at but my adjustment on the top of my coilovers make contact if they're too high based upon the angle. The shock towers are mounted in mine.

Those wobbly sharpy marks are where the air shock is at worst case (driver's side full droop, pass side full compress). I have about 1" between shock body and the shock mount. That is one reason I'm a bit worried to box it back in, but I think I can make it work.

.09 - .12" in a box form will add tons of strength.

yeah, I have some 2x2 box tube in I think 0.125 and 0.25 floating around. I'll fit it hopefully tonight or over the weekend.

Worst case situation here. Driver full extension and pass full compression. There is 1/2” clearance at bottom of section, that shrinks to 3/8” at the horizontal line and over a 1/4” at the top.
