Holy Fukc! At least the driver of the car lived to get his ass in trouble. Why did he try to change lanes like that anyway? If it was just him I'm betting he would have lost control and caused an accident anyway.
edit: from the looks of it the car might have lost control and then cut in front of the truck. It was super close to the trailer then it went back out and then cut in front of the tractor.

About looks like the car was trying to run the semi off the road. Who changes lanes that fast and he had to know the semi was there. . . . . maybe the driver had a seizure?
That ClickOnDetroit video does not show what actually happened until around 26ish seconds. The driver of the car hit the truck coming around the curve, bounced off, more than likely over-corrected and hit the truck again. I have been down here in Dallas for both of the accidents. People don't know how to drive down here... I can't count the number of times that I have been cut off, almost rear ened or had to swerve to miss and accident in just the past few weeks.
