They are 277 ballast but will work on 220 volt not as bright as a 400 but won't spin the meter as hard either, they are going fast so let me know asap. They are located in Grand Rapids right now some are at my house in Illinois.
They work great for pole barns 16 to 20' ceilings in shops etc. I have a 36x40 horse barn and use them for that plenty of light. Come with reflective dome and cover on the bottom and a bulb.
