I have a problem starting my 95 YJ (actually its a friend of mine...I told him I would post the problem on the Great Lakes site and see what kind of "insight" I might get.

It may be a ground issue, so i've been told, but I don't believe it...and this is why:

If I try to start it like normal, all it does is turn over, but doesn't fire.

The only way I can get it to start is if I turn the ignition to the "on" position...wait about 10-15 minutes, then when I come back to start it, it starts right up.

What's allowing it to start if I leave the ignition in the "on" position for the 10-15 minutes as opposed to just getting in and starting it ?

Any and all info is welcome
