Just wondering if it's ok to drive a XJ on the street with no doors? I assume it would me as long as you have mirrors but figured I would check.

I'm getting another set of doors for my XJ but it'll be a week or two.

depends on cops in your area, weather they want to fuck with you about it. I ran my MJ with no doors and never had issues, even without mirrors. there's a fine line in the law about it, but the main idea is understood is as long as you have a lip on the floor, (you do) and rear view mirror and drivers side mirror, or have both side mirrors and no rear view mirror you will be fine.

Well I had a state police officer walk up to me at the gas station and he said, "Don't you know it's illegal to run that on the streets with no doors?" I said, "No it's not" He then said, "yes it is, it's a safty issue" I then stated, "Well I called the coldwater post and asked and they told me it was ok as long as I had mirrors and my seat belt on and I also looked it up and what I read said I have to have a 2 inch lip at the bottom of the door frame and either both side mirrors or the rear view and drivers side mirror." He then said, "Oh really I didn't know that, Well I'm not one to write excessive tickets but you'll probley get pulled over, have a good day." and then he walked away. So I guess the issue is going to be if they know the law or not. I guess I can't expect them to know all of them. I'm going to print it out and carry it with me in case I get pulled over again.
