I'm trying to get an idea how XJ springs work in a Ford.

How much will these lower a F150? I don't want to lower one, but am curious how much lift in an XJ spring is needed for a 1-2" lift in an F-150......In the mean time I'll search for XJ spring rates to see if it's worth the bother.

And BTW -BUMP
