Got some LED lights for Christmas that I want to mount under the back bumper of my '03 Ram, for unhooking trailer at night, backing up, etc. Anyone know if there is already a hole in the firewall to run the wires through, or will I have to make a new hole?

there should be a hole on the driver side firewall towards the top I know there is on my 01 and that is where I run all my wires into the cab
