Ron's a great guy. Glad he found somebody to team up with to continue putting on the show. This has been a great event and has gotten better every year. Missed the first one but made the last 3 and planning on making this one.

I think in the past there have been about 25 vehicles participating. About 10 in the under 40" class and 15 in the 40" and over class.

BUT, I certainly hope that you are planning on making some improvements to the course or there may be less. The way the course is now, it has been losing interest. Right now it it pretty much all concrete and there have been problems with rebar sticking out and ripping tires. Plus, since it's a timed event, I believe you should try to make it a little bit easier so that people can actually finish the course under the 10 minute time limit. The last couple of years I have yet to see anybody finish the course within the time limit, and that includes a couple of dedicated rock buggys.
It ends up being quite boring watching everybody make it to the same spot on the course and time out. I would like to see most everybody finish the course within the time limit and actually have competition to see who finishes in the fastest time:thumb: My .02

This has been a great event and I believe you could have a great turnout if you improve the course. There are a lot of people on this site and others that have very capable rigs.

thanks for the in put thats exactly what I'm looking for. We were just talking about the course needing to be something that MOST could complete. As for rebar, I didn't know that, but now that I do it will be taken care of. I'd love to see a great turn out for ALL of the events. As for the dirt drags sand or no sand DOT Tires this year Same with the Back to Back Truck pull (tug a war) DOT Tires
Keep The Coments Comin Guys Thanks Dave

i went 2 years ago and i loved it i live on the kent and ionia county border and as for input idk about how it is now but 2 years ago there was alot of jackasses doing dumb things and almost hit me and my dad if that can be cracked down on like leave the burn out in the competitions and all the other things so it's safe for people and kids like have afew staff watch for these immature people and if nessesary kick them out and how does one help out with this event
