4 seasons.
Colors are awesome.
Winters are not too cold to get out and enjoy.
Summers are not too hot to get out and enjoy.
Lots of inland lakes in addition to great lakes coastline.
Show me a more beautiful view of water than being on the Big Mac on a nice summer day.

Big lakes with clear water for boating and beach days, rivers for fishing and kayaking, woods, work and entertainment is easy to bike to, hunting, fishing, mountain biking are all right out my back door. Big enough hills that I can get a taste of skiing out west. Friendly people. And there's hardly ever a traffic jam. Go two hours to the UP and all of this gets better. And in the summertime some cute chicks emerge from beneath the snow gear.

I enjoy living in mid Michigan. The weather is moderate and there is beautiful countryside everywhere. I just wish I could find some work that would allow me enough time and money to enjoy living here.
