First off if I'm not saying that correctly, my apologies. I want louvers made, but that apparently isn't cheap. Plan B is to have two dimple die holes made in my aluminum side panels. One a smallish size, next one a bit bigger. Know a person or place that has this ability?

Oh I was confused by your response. Ok, still don't follow, but if I can't get louvers made then I want dimple dies... And I presumed I would simply send them somewhere to be made.

What I'm saying is that companies already make both versions. I would think they would be much cheaper than having a shop machine you a set. Unless you want someone to do it for you then that is doable too but in the off road community it will be much easier to have the flared holes done as more of us have those. I have them and could do the holes for you but I'm a long ways away from you.

I suppose I could look into it but I do not have a press. I was simply going to send those panels somewhere, have them done, have them sent back, and I install - of course paying someone do to it.

I got you now. Your title of the thread threw me off. It reads like you wanted someone to make you the dies to do them yourself. If you want to send them to me I can do the round style for you then send them back. If they are flat see if they will fit in a flat rate envelope or box.

Without a press you can do the dimple dies with a bolt and an impact. I am just ordered dimple dies from TMR customs and will get working on building a press setup when I get home. If you don't have it done in a few months I could do the round ones for you.
