Wendy's just pissed me off!!!!

I just went to the local wendy's and they pissed me off. I was as mad as a no legged ethiopian with a donut rolling down hill in front of him. This is the complaint I submitted on there website.

We pulled up at the drive through to order (only car in line) and started to place our order. A female and male thought it would be funny to pass the mic back a forth between statements. We were ordering approx $20-25 worth of food for our family and I asked the male to hold on while I asked my daughter what she wanted in her icecream. The male then made the statement "can you please move it along there are cars behind you". I was so shocked he said that, I asked "did you seriously say that" to see if he may back track or apologize and he did not at all. He bluntly and confrontationally said yeah I did we need to move the line. At this point it had been maybe 2-3 minutes and 1 car had just pulled behind us. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated "I am". When he said that I decided I would not spend my money there and pulled around to the window. He was at the window when I pulled around with 2-3 other employees standing there. One was a girl in a black shirt who I beleive is the drive through register person in the past, another was a very larg gentleman in a blue polo shirt, and I could not see the 3rd. I asked the manager if that how he usually speaks to customers and he said "yeah, I have to move the line". I asked him what his name was and he said "Teddy". He was wearing a blue button up shirt. I drove off and am now making this complaint minutes later. We go to this location 4-5 times a week as we live approx 500 ft from it. Because of the embarressment and fear of retaliation we probably will not go back. I would like a return call and an explanation of why Wendy's would let an employee treat customers like this, let alone management, and keep him on the staff. There are so many people unemployed that would appreciate the job instead of treating it like a joke and handing the mic back and forth. I can be contact any time during the day @ .


I swear I dont get pissed off that much and I wanted to go back and drag this smart asss kid out of that window and beat some dam sense and respect into him. A good old asss whoopin will teach that little muther fawker. And to boot I think he was mexican....j/j.

Coming from someone that worked in fast food for 6 years, it is annoying as fuck when ppl ask thier kids/whoever is In thief car what they want. Figure out what you fucking want before you get Into line. That being said, I never said anything to a customer about moving the line along, I understand why he was annoyed, but he had no right to get pissy, because it's his job to deal with annoying people.

quit your fucking whining, 2-3 minutes figuring out what to order? Get on the fucking ball, you say you go there 4-5 fat ass fucking times a week, and you feed that shit to your kids 4-5 times a week, you fat fucks should have the menu memorized, holding up the drivethru for 2-3 minutes DECIDING what to order when you have already sat at the menu before ordering is ignorant shit.

Tough guy, you should have walked back inside and beat that fuckin mexicans ass, I mean that is what any ignorant fuck who cares what the dudes nationality is when your pissed at him.

When i was younger, the drive thru douche pissed us off so when we got our food, (burgers) my buddy at the time threw the berger at the window. Mustard & ketchup all over the glass. We weren't pissed any longer, but had to get food from other places after that.
