Note: to mount the 9.5ti you must purchase as a complete kit.
I purchased this about a year and a half ago and have used it up until recently without trouble. I made a permanent mount for my explorer so I no longer need it.
It is used, has some scratches and some very slight surface rust.
I believe it is rated for up to a 9500# winch and has the standard 10" x 4.5" Bolt pattern. I personally had a harbour freight 8000# winch on it.
