My sister is looking for a good used Verizon phone. Would like a QWERTY keyboard.

Prefer not to be a 3G phone or one that requires the new $10/month data package.

I have a LG Dare in great shape, no problems. No data plan required. Keyboard is virtual, but has QWERTY. From the looking I did a few weeks ago, I expect its worth about $50 or so (price is flexible if I'm mistaken). Send me a PM if you're interested.
