Does anyone know of a place that carries Old Man Emu (OME) shocks? I guess I'll even buy online, if the site is trustworthy.

I have a 79 CJ7 which is fairly stock and am looking to upgrade the shocks and have heard nothing but good things about the Old Man Emu shocks. Specifically I am looking for the model numbers: N54 (front) and N81 (rear)

I found one web site: www.rigidsteel.com

But the web site doesn't look too trustworthy...

Possibly one of the local off-road shops custom order these?

Thanks for any help you can give...

If JC carries them, there's no reason to call anyone else based on his location. No idea why anyone would suggest that he drive to Flushing from Macomb to get a standard part. Driving that far will defeat any price savings there may be considering gas costs to/from Flushing. Shipping something across that short a distance is equally retarded.

By "standard", I mean "non-custom fabricated". Doesn't matter how much of a "shit" someone is - its not going to change the quality of a standard part and I'm thinking that JC would do what needs to be done pricewise to keep the sale, anyway.
