I was shopping for a tow strap and came across Triple S Rope that sells tow ropes.
Billed as “Made in U.S.A.”. So I bought some.
Looks good but won’t really know until the time comes.

Therein lies the problem. They talk about stretch during towing. This leads a person to believing they could be used for recovery.
RE hooks. I just don't like redundancy.

Yeah id probably order a yank em or bubba rope. This rope would be good for towing something broke down or maybe light recovery but the kinetic I hear makes a huge difference in recovery

I have two of these, I only ever snatch my little Toyota or Jeep out, but they work great for it, and they're made in the US, and have loops.

The only thing that scares me with kinetic ropes is people that use steel shackles. I feel if something broke, it would be more deadly with the kinetic rope. But that looks like a pretty good deal for the ropes.
