i had a buddy of mine install my newly rebuilt transmission for me while i am away he started putting fluid in and it started dripping very fast into almost a stream its coming out of behind the converter so i dont know cracked pump? what could this be its a new converter. i am currently in ft custer and plan on running back to lansing later today and tryin to see whats up. he said hes sure he didnt crack the pump which was my fear.. so maybe when moving it around he slipped the torque converter seal off? or the pump seal is bad? any help would be great

put some anti seize on the nipple of the TC to make removal next time easier. It sounds like a torn seal to me. Have fun!!!
