I'm in for at least one race for sure...TREC is the same price with way better payout...I can't wait to see the course

does trec have sponsor prizes that go with the payout? i know last year i was racing for the 1st place price more than the payout.

thats sweet! i will have flyer's up at the base of the dunes as soon as they are ready. i will bet this class will be full also as soon as the word gets out.i know of at least 8 guys from around me that will be in it.

I didn't know about the other stuff...TREC I think runs 90% of the entry fee's as payout, the flyer looked like it was only $600...anywho if somebody shows up with a turbo RZR I'm in trouble...those things flat out haul ass!!:sonicjay:

:sonicjay: He has a buggy to finish. I'll be ready, going there now to put it back together, had to take care of some rust, added a lift. Today's list; grind, paint, build rock sliders, and hopefully more. Maybe have a :beer: or two.

With the side x side class...do we need a co-driver/passenger? One of the guys on RZR forums asked this question, and I was wondering it myself. The extra weight of a passenger on a low-hp rig like most side x sides really slows you down quite a bit, and make the rock sections much more difficult.

Also, the rules say a winch is required...I don't have one on my RZR, but I can't imagine there are any sections I wont be able to make it up unless it is extremely muddy. And if I were to flop over on my side or upside down, I should be able to flip it over by myself (done it before), but if I bring a passenger...there will be no problem with flipping it upright with no winch.

up to the driver if he wants a passenger.the winch rule does not apply for the side x sides.

i checked out your thread nice job! that is what it takes to get the word out.after you run this track in a side x side i believe everyone will want to run it.it would be a complete blast in one!

ok john i'm in for the may 7 race and maybe others:woot:. i need to put some money aside to fund the fun.

so is the payout going to be paid at each race then and not the end of the 4 races? would be nice to recoup some money if you win and pay your way into the next race.

Sweet! Who is going to co-pilot? Hey before you show up make sure to take that block of wood from under the gas petal and put it on top of the gas petal, should improve on your speed for the open areas. :finger:

The way I understood it, the pay out is for each race.

Thats a good idea with qualifiers, makes it more fair for getting in.
