What sawzall blade do I need to put 38.5's on my tj with 4inch lift? :tonka:

thats what i use to use...... sawzalls shake the fender to much... just tape out your lines and use a marker to draw your arcs out

The Milwaukee 24 inch demolition blade will work awesome for you.........just make sure that the Saws-all base is 12 inches away from the body, before you start cutting...............Hold on real tight though:tonka:

Plasma cutter......... Sheet metal nibblers would be the choice tool.....


I personally reccomend the Milwaukee Ice Blades for sawzall type work

lolz I use a grinder to cut sheetmetal I'm no stranger to chopping up a perfectly good fender
