This weekend The Little Man and I joined my Old Man, and Sister's family at Chrystal Mountain for the Total Archery Challenge 2025 ( TAC ). We have been practicing on and off for the last 2 months, and this weekend it all payed off as we out-shot Uncle Craig, our only real goal for the weekend. If you have not tried a TAC course, you should, we had a ball, lost a few arrows, and made great memories and some new friends. The brown bear and goat were placed 100 yards out on the practice field and were about 40 to 50 feet higher than the shooting line and yet Colt managed to stick them both despite only pulling back 40 Lbs, he was aiming around 15 feet above the target, but still hitting it.
