Wife's 21 Durango got totaled Tuesday. 100% not her fault, and her and the 30 week fetus all checked out. Glad the 3 year old wasn't with her.

Brought home this today. Was looking for something pretty quick that I knew my way around to get us back to 2 running and driving vehicles.

Going to copy what I did with Herman for the most part, in a different order. Couple different twists from what I didn't like about that buildup. More to come. Happy to have found a pretty clean one.

Glad to hear the wife and new baby in the making are okay.

2000 XJ is a thousands times better than new Durangos. All kind of stupid crap in new cars that doesn't need to be there, just breaks for no reason at the most inconvenient times.

If my wife was in that crash with an XJ, I'd be burying her right about now. That Durango saved her life.
damn! Glad to hear everyone came out ok.

My daughter was broad sided in her JK, flipped it over and then landed on its side. she was 5 months pregnant and luckily both she and the baby were ok.

We're sharing my silverado, and I'm using the XJ as a DD until after the baby is born. I work largely remote, so it's working out just fine so far. We'll make that call on what route to go after that.
Congrats on baby number 2!

Glad momma is ok!

I always regretted selling my XJ, from the moment it drove away, I wanted it back.
I think I got bored with it because it never needed anything, just put gas in and go.
I doubt I could ever find as clean an XJ in Michigan.

Pulled in for some basic maintenance. Stupid previous owner got rid of the door check pins?

throwing a misfire on cyl 6, injector feels like its firing fine, keeping my eyes peeled for a better fuel rail to swap in with 4 hole injectors down the road.

gonna toss a set of plugs in it, PO put a new coilpack on it already.

hitting the yards saturday morning to look for a few things. Miss doing that. Already grabbed a fresh fan shroud but came up empty handed otherwise.
Well, grabbed another spare tire to move the 2wd Willys into the shed to clear some space.

I assume no updates on the Willys?
Glad the wife and lousypirate jr are OK
Lol who puts a coil pack on before they at least check the plugs??
I'm surprised one didn't break off while pulling them.

Other than pushing it back in the shed? Not really. Found a hard spot in the engine i need to diagnose. Wife wants the blazer done so we can go get ice cream and stuff, but now getting this cherokee up to snuff to get back onto the blazer and the business… I’m never bored
