Nope just a drill and grinder.....



LOL that would be nice if I had the tools to do it....
buy some steel tube and cut it with grinder, shit even to hold you over till get one use washers.

FYI the bolts are 7/16-14......and usually once they are broke in the steering box, you can get vise grips on the end and turn them out, after you remove the spacer part....more than likely that is where the bolt is seized and not in the box itself

Doh. I had the same problem. Ended up using a propane torch and heating the spacer and tapping it off. Lowes didn't have the bolts I needed, ended up having to go to tractor supply for them.

I called JCR this morning was gonna drive there but they are 1 hour 20 minutes from me so I'm going to order it and have them send it to me. For now I found some tube at the steel place here in town and had them cut me 3 pieces. Should hold for now.
