I bought a 94 F150 4x4 that had a rusted out radus arm on pass side. Not to bad if a fix...right? Well in the process of towing it on a dolly and making a turn on my driveway the steering got screwed up. Pass. side wheel pushed into fender & steering fluid all over.
So now I have a good radus arm on. The steering wheel turns and kind of steers to the right but when I go back to center and turn left it spins freely with no steering of the wheels. I think a seal is out on the top of the box.
Just wondering if there is any other options other than swaping out for a different box. Anyone know if a Ranger box will swap out for the F150?
THANKS for any info!

I haven't checked personally but, Ranger boxes should be the same ones as the F150 ('83-'97 Rangers that is, newer ones use a rack and pinion). Supposedly they used the same box all the way up to F350's.

Got it in and works good, seem to be the same. There was even a remanfactured tag on the old one.
BTW... if anyone has stock shocks and coilsprings they want to get rid of PM me.

Thanks for the info!!
