why do you want as much for used chrome steps as they cost new? also, stainless doesn't bubble......

One side was mounted, the other side is brand new, the "bubble" is an imperfection in the chrome plating. You cant get GM steps for 300.00 new, maybe the cheaper aftermarket steps, which rust out because the metal is inferior. I say used because it was on the vehicle for maybe a week.
