I'm looking at converting a closed knuckle Dana 44 to disc brakes, but every article I've read uses Chevy parts (caliper brackets, calipers) and Jeep CJ rotors. Do you know if this stuff would work?

If you use all the Ford parts with all the Ford parts, yes. A Dana 44 is a Dana 44. As long as these knuckles go on your knuckle yokes, it'll all work.
