that sounds like pewp. Not a fan of almonds or blueberries.I HATE smoothies i never want to see or hear about them anymore. I work at a smoothie place and it blows.
But the best recipe i know with protein:
1/3 cup sugar or splenda
1/3 cup whey protein
2/3 cup blueberrys
2 tablespoons of almonds
about 1/3 cup water
and about 2 cups ice
I really like this mixture. It kinda tastes like a blueberry pancake.
