Hancho talked me into entering the BBQ Comp up at Silver Lake this year. I dont have a rig to wheel so I said yes. Probably a 3 person team or who ever. Anyway, I am building a BBQ trailer to compete with and then hopefully sell it. It is really a little small for a Comp rig, but it will be nice. Stainless tables, 2 steam warmers, 4 sinks, water tanks, hot water heater, smoker and grill and possibly a rostisserie too. The smoker is about 6'6" in length and will go on the front passenger side of the trailer. I am trying to pack allot into a little space. It has the two cooking areas (horizontal and verticle). It will have some storage area for wood and a mount for another grill on the front. I have most of this stuff lying around already. I have to buy plenty of stuff, but this is what I got done today.

This will be the lay out of the 3 wash sinks and the one hand sink.
Waste water (black) and fresh water tank.
2 steam warmers will get cut into the table.
